Rapper DMX in critical condition

Rapper DMX, who’s birth name is Earl Simmons is currently in the hospital in grave condition. According to reports the rapper is brain dead as a result of a drug overdose which occurred Friday around 11pm. The overdose, which triggered a heart attack, is said to have left the rapper in a vegetative state.

The popular rapper/ actor has been battling addiction for years. DMX is known for making his mark with music label Ruff Ryders in earlier days. At one point DMX checked himself into rehab, but also checked himself out. In 2019 the Romeo Must Die actor returned to the stage. All appeared to be well, so much so that DMX chopped it up with fans and press.

In 2020 DMX participated in the popular Verzuz battle and went head to head with Snoop Dogg. News doesn’t come as a shock to some, still nonetheless tributes are being paid snd prayers are rolling in from famous friends and music family members.
